The Challenge

Tutti Frutti is an international brand that has frozen yogurt stores across the world. When it first came to Canada in 2011, branding guides had to be set up to synchronize the marketing materials across the country. The brand had a pre-existing logo that would be used but there was no set rules or guidelines for each franchise to follow. Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt Canada also needed a website to feature their current and rotating flavours, promotions, and to publish information to potential franchisees.

The Solution

Since there weren’t any guidelines set in place, we rebranded Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt Canada. This made the Canadian company branch stand out from the rest of Tutti Frutti locations across the world. We streamlined all the marketing materials and set up guidelines for all the franchises to follow across Canada. New mascot characters were created for Tutti Frutti Canada. The current marketing materials for Tutti Frutti Canada, outdoor advertisements, magazine ads, and even the store setup protocols all follow the branding guidelines set forth by us. There now is consistency, familiarity  in the Tutti Frutti Canada brand. The website is fully functional and provides TF fans information about the different flavours and where to find their local Tutti Frutti. While providing information, the website strictly stays within the branding guidelines set forth for Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt Canada.
